- Change of mind about the design, style, or color of the poster
- Selecting the wrong size or design after purchase
- Not liking the aesthetic of the poster once received

2. Return Process
- Once we receive the unboxing video, we will review and approve the return if it meets our policy conditions.
- If the return is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customers will be provided with return shipping instructions.
3. Refund Process
- After the returned package reaches its origin, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non refundable
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method only.
- No refunds will be provided in cash or as store credit.
