Cancellation,Return and Refund Policy

At The Poster Hub, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a damaged package, we have a structured return and refund policy to assist you.


1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are only accepted if the package was received damaged or was damaged during shipping.
  • To initiate a return, customers must send an unboxing video as proof to our email within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Examples of damage that qualify for returns:
    • Torn or ripped posters
    • Prints with visible smudges or ink marks
    • Posters with bent or creased edges
    • Any items that are obviously damaged due to mishandling during delivery
    • All These reasons are only accepted only it causes before the package is delivered to the customer


  • Examples of reasons that do not qualify for returns:
    • Change of mind about the design, style, or color of the poster
    • Selecting the wrong size or design after purchase
    • Not liking the aesthetic of the poster once received
  • Returns for any reasons not related to product damage will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

  • Once we receive the unboxing video, we will review and approve the return if it meets our policy conditions.
  • If the return is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customers will be provided with return shipping instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • After the returned package reaches its origin, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method only.
  • No refunds will be provided in cash or as store credit.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
